CASA is a non-profit organization that relies on volunteers, individual and corporate support to assist these children in need.     CASA ensures that these children, who are victims of physical, emotional and sexual abuse, or outright abandonment, have a voice in Court proceedings that determine their fate.  There are nearly 11,000 abused and neglected children in New Jersey living in out-of-home placements (foster care).
